This book presents, the theory and a detailed practice of the Multidimensional osmosis as many social diseases’ therapy. Through an in-depth econometric studies of « Gospel » principles, I find, the greatest scientific model that the human mind has ever conceived, has therefore for the first time been implemented in its smallest details and far beyond by the Church of JESUS ​​CHRIST of latter-day Saints from its own writings only, without any reference to the works of the founders of the Classical or Neoclassical school. Several lessons can be titled from this experience:

The classical model can be implemented in the real world contrary to what economists have always thought;

The classical model is an essentially scientific construct and constitutes scientific proof of the truthfulness of the Church of JESUS ​​CHRIST of Latter-day Saints; Therefore, there are two possible interpreters or witnesses of the Truth: science and divine revelation;

Any model contrary to the classical model is a scientific apostasy (irrational) leading to aberrant and suboptimum results, the foundation of all social diseases.

Optimality is not only possible mathematically but also in the real world and since there is only one optimality situation, there is only one multidimensional school, only one Multidimensional Church, that is to say a school or Church whose decisions, actions are fully revealed, making it possible to achieve equilibrium (isotonic state or the real state of all things) in the sense of Pareto;

The mixture of the tares and the Truth in the current unidimensional school is and always has been the key to the rout of the world and is necessarily of diabolical origin, the enemy of all Justice; an equilibrium in the sense of Pareto is a state of the economy where the welfare of any economic agent cannot be improved without deteriorating that of another economic agent.

The progress of one or the other school (Church) constitutes a wealth of the other. By this very fact, every true scientist is a saint and every saint is a scientist so that these organizations work like social diseases’ therapy;

The lessons to be drawn from this study are in general limitless and constitute a turning point for the world, for science and for religions, since no one will henceforth be able to rely on the futile quarrels of science and religion in order not to submit to Truth and, the evidence will be more and more prolific and will give God the full right to judge the world harshly since no one can tell God, I didn’t know. We cannot, on the one hand, enjoy the benefits of the true Church or science (electricity, car, plane, boat, medicine, etc.) and, on the other hand, maintain that there is no no god. A true Church or a science, which together prove the existence of God by different means and speak with one voice is a wake-up call to the giant darkness of the earth or the end of the game of the ostrich of a decadent world.

In addition to case studies of unidimensional creations (European colonization, slavery, public policies) and / or an in-depth analysis of the PRSP, I warn the authorities against the serious consequences that would result from its implementation in its current state. I also present an approach and a device to develop and implement a National Multidimensional Creation Program (PNCM), the only real vector in the fight against poverty in Africa.

The secular school or the devil’s school

If divine truths are represented by tunnel-shaped locks, the devil’s school approaches them transversely instead of exploiting them longitudinally or completely thereby generating even relative truths where they must be absolute. Normative school or School of God

Because wisdom is sacred, the school is as sacred as the Church. In the beginning the school was not separate from the Church. John 17: 3 says “Now eternal life is that they know you the one true God and whom you sent Jesus Christ.” However, knowledge is inseparable from the integrity of justice. To separate knowledge or school from religion or God is to murder life.

Consider carefully what king Solomon says about intelligence in proverb 8. Doesn’t wisdom cry out? Does not intelligence raise its voice? This passage and even all of the scriptures give us what the curricula of schools and universities should be, and therefore there is nothing greater than intelligence or wisdom.

“Every living being that moves will live wherever the torrent flows, and there will be a great number of fish; for where this water arrives, the waters will become wholesome, and everything will live wherever the torrent reaches ”, Ezekiel. 47:9. But already in verse 2, the apostle James revealed to us more fully the process of learning. The main finding of our model is that a greater willingness to consume « Gospel » and « Love» results in a greater use of « Priesthood authority » and an improvement in the level of its technology, which in the long run results in a greater use of « Priesthood authority » and yield per effective priesthood holder to determine a high level of power in the priesthood. The causes of the wealth of African nations thus lie in authentic and endogenous strategies, the external contribution being only a supplement. The approach and the device of multidimensional creation presented here allow a complete revision and fair repairs of the unidimensional creations of colonization, slavery and public policies in order to put the African continent back in its cultural bed for its endogenous development and authentic.

MULTIDIMENSIONAL CREATION

PRSP AND PNCM

Insofar as multidimensional creation is the main instrument in the fight against poverty and in achieving the SDGs in general, it is essential that the two strategies establish effective bridges between them. The merits of multidimensional creation are recognized all over the world and suffer no weakness. It is a short and medium term program with immediate, significant and lasting effects on poverty. Thus, multidimensional creation must first be validated and adopted by the government. Then, a seminar intended to establish an adequate articulation between multidimensional creation and the PRSP should be organized. This procedure will then create an institutional framework for multidimensional creation. In any case, one or the other strategy must deepen to encompass the other and the validation seminar will determine the best institutional arrangement for the implementation of the two strategies called to complement and enrich the one from the other. Since 2004, some African countries have become LICUS countries, the most concrete manifestation of which is the start of the Emergency Poverty Reduction Program (PURP). It is time for this program to be evaluated and henceforth considered as a renewed framework for welcoming multidimensional creation.
